This policy explains how Wolf 36 LLC ("Wolf 36", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through wolfthirtysix.com and when you contact us. We're based in Los Angeles, California.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, the services you're interested in and anything you write in your message.
- Technical information. Our website host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy first.
How we use it

- To keep the website secure and working properly.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify) and our email provider (Google Workspace), and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it or to have it deleted. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it) and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights.
